Yes, another post about Twitter. I really should get back into the art world!
For the past few months, I’ve heard nothing but open source this and open source that on the Digital Planet podcast by the BBC World Service. I am not a developer so I wasn’t too engaged in the whole open source movement. I agree that it’s great, but I never thought I would participate in it one day.
When I finally finished working on TwitterSpud, I realized that I had participated in open source as I tried creative ways of getting Spud and Willomina‘s Twitter posts together on one web page.
This blog post isn’t anything Earth-shattering, I know, but I thought it was cool how anyone without any advanced technical knowledge can take advantage in open source (no mater how small) with just a little creativity (ok, and some technical knowledge but you know what I mean)
